The process was great from soup to nuts! Erich did amazing work and was wonderful to work with. We loved our clean-up crew.
After having two other companies come to our house for water damage in our first-floor ceiling, they deemed it necessary to tear out/put holes into the ceiling to dry out the drywall and then have it repaired and painted. All in all...both companies gave us estimates of $1,500-$2,000. Travis of SERVPRO came out and gave us an honest and more thorough check of our issue. He was the only one (of the 3) to go upstairs to check a couple rooms (since that was the known source of the water coming into the ceiling). After looking at everything, he gave us a more honest and ethical solution to our issue. I couldn't be more appreciative of his honest estimate and the professional integrity he showed my wife and I. He went above and beyond to give us peace of mind that the issue was going to be taken care and resolved. We couldn't say enough good things about this experience. We will definitely be using SERVPRO for any other future needs and services.
